Program Development

I work in collaboration with the Office of Institutional Equity to:

a) identify gaps in experiential learning opportunities for BIPOC students and their families

b) explore how to involve students and families in the creation of programming

c) develop program goals and objectives aligned with school’s roadmap to equity and anti-racism
